Court Reservations: There is a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy for court reservations. If cancelled with a 24-hour notice you will receive a credit to your account. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice. Look under “My Reservations” in CourtReserve, find the date and time, click on it, and “Cancel Reservation” will be one of your options.

For Private Lessons, Clinics & Camps: There is a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy for lessons. If canceled with 24 hours’ notice you will receive a credit to your account. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

For Open Play: There is a 12-hour cancellation/reschedule policy for Open Play. If cancelled with a 12-hour notice you will receive a credit to your account. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than a 12-hour notice. Look under “My Events” in CourtReserve, find the date and time of your registration, click on it, and “Cancel Registration” should be one of your options.

All refunds will be credited to your CourtReserve account as a balance credit.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.

In order to reschedule without being charged for two registrations or reservations, you must call RocDome Pickleball (585-334-4000)  and our Pickleball Ambassadors can transfer your registration and paid fee to another session.
You are able to edit your court reservation in CourtReserve – go to My Reservations in the CourtReserve app, click on your reservation, and you can edit the date and the time from there!

Yes. Using the CourtReserve app, you are able to reserve a court or register for open play. RocDome Pickleball utilizes CourtReserve to book courts, sign up to play, and register for memberships. Please download the app or go to courtreserve.com and click on: “Create your free account”. As soon as you set up your free account, you are able to reserve courts through the CourtReserve app.

No everyone is welcome and we offer flexible memberships from pay at the desk to yearly subscriptions.

We are open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to midnight to accommodate as many schedules as possible.

You can bring small snacks and beverages (no glass). Only water is allowed on the back courts in a well-sealed non-glass container.

Paddles will soon be available for rental. We are working on developing a process to try out paddles before you buy. Balls can be purchased upon arrival. You will need indoor, non-marking, clean, soft-soled sneakers, tennis, or pickleball shoes.

You do not have to sign up with a partner. Our friendly members will gladly play with you if you are next up in the paddle queue.

“Open Play” is a regularly scheduled, organized event where players can show up to play without a partner. Players rotate in and out to mix/match with others of similar skill levels, creating a fun, dynamic, and social environment. “Open Play” sessions are scheduled daily to give players a chance to meet other players and experience the RocDome Pickleball environment. If you do not want to play with different partners throughout the “Open Play”, and prefer to stay with your group, you should reserve a court instead. You will need to book your reservation through the CourtReserve app.
